​30-Day Comeback Accelerator – Terms & Conditions

​The 30-Day Comeback Accelerator is a results-driven, 4-week coaching container designed to help participants launch their offer and earn income by the end of the program.

Full Payment Required

​

• This offer is only valid for participants who pay the full program fee of $1975 upfront.

• It does not apply to payment plan participants

Program Completion

​

To qualify for the refund, participants must:

• Attend a minimum of 80% of all live sessions (unless excused in advance with valid reason).

• Complete all core assignments and milestone check-ins as outlined in the program.

• Submit the final outcome report within 7 days after the program ends, showcasing one of the following:

  • A validated offer and signed client

  • First sale or paid booking

  • Course, product, or service launch with proof of delivery and promotion

Timeframe for Refund

​

• The refund of $1000 will be processed within 30 days after successful completion and approval of all program deliverables.

Success Criteria Must Be Measurable

​

• You and Resa will agree on a clear, measurable goal by the end of Week 1 of the program.

• This becomes your success target for eligibility.

Your Responsibility

​

You agree to:

• Show up to the program to the best of your ability.

• Participate in accountability check-ins or complete weekly tasks.

• Maintain open and honest communication regarding your progress and revenue generation.

 

 

Refunds Are Optional, Not Guaranteed Without Completion

• ​This refund is a reward, not a right. It is only issued when all program commitments and success criteria are fulfilled.

 

 

Good Faith Clause

​

• This is a trust-based incentive. Any misrepresentation of deliverables or falsified milestones will disqualify the participant from the refund.

Non-Transferable & Non-Refundable

​

• The initial $1975 payment remains non-refundable if you drop out or don’t meet the eligibility terms. However, you can defer your participation to a future cohort once with approval.

Limited Enrollment

​

• This offer is only valid for the cohort beginning September 2025. Resa Gooding and her team reserve the right to adjust or discontinue this payment model in future rounds.
